Job Title: Internal Medicine Physician

Location: Knoxville, Tennessee

Salary: We are offering an attractive compensation package for the successful candidate. Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in the greater Knoxville, Tennessee area. The successful candidate will diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions and illnesses, providing both inpatient and outpatient care.

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Provide patient assessments and diagnoses

-Develop and implement treatment plans

-Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests

-Counsel patients and families on treatment goals, health care strategies, and disease prevention

-Coordinate with other health care providers to ensure continuity of care

-Keep records of patient care and progress

-Participate in continuing education and professional development activities

Qualifications:

-Graduation from an accredited medical school

-Successful completion of a residency program in the specialty of Internal Medicine

-Active, unrestricted medical license to practice in Tennessee

-Able to obtain and maintain DEA and prescriptive authority

-Maintain professional certification in the specialty

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience and Skills:

-At least three years of experience in Internal Medicine

-Knowledge of current medical standards and techniques

-Ability to work collaboratively with other care providers

-Proficient in electronic medical record keeping

-Detail-oriented and organized

-Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
